Theory Based, Structured,Reflective Debriefing Process
At Penrose, we do not simply orient students toward a series of internet research tools or techniques. Our training is steeped in scenario based, experiential learning. After each experiential learning event, the students will participate in a proprietary, structured debriefing. Designed using cognitive and learning theories, our debriefing process has been proven to increase critical thinking and reduce bias. Structured debriefing results in a net decrease in investigation and analysis time, as well as an overall improvement in quality and accuracy of analytic products.
